Jelly Roll
Ingredients
- 23 c sifted flour
- 34 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- confectioners sugar
- 1 c jelly
Directions
- Mix flour baking powder and salt
- Beat egg until thick
- Add sugar a tablespoon at a time
- Blend in vanilla
- Mix to dry mixture
- Spread batter in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan greased and lined with wax paper
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400
- Turn warm cake on towel
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar
- Trim edges off
- Spread with jelly roll up
