Jerky

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb meat
- 14 c soy sauce
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp msg
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp hot sauce
Directions
- Cut meat into strips 18-inch thick
- Soak meat in mixture of ingredients for 6 hours Dry in oven or on stovetop until crisp
