Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 8 medium apples sliced thin
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 5 Tbsp sugar
- 3 c flour
- 2 14 c sugar
- 1 c cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c orange juice
- 2 12 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Mix apples cinnamon and sugar
- Set aside
- Put other ingredients in large bowl and beat together until smooth
- Grease and flour tube pan
- Put layer of batter and layer of apples Continue layering end with layer of apples on top
- Bake at 350 about 1 12 hours or until done
- Test with toothpick
