Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 6 apples peel and slice into square chunks
• 3 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 14 c orange juice
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 2 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 5 Tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Mix cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar
2. Sprinkle apples with cinnamonsugar mix
3. Set aside
