Ingredients
- 4 medium apples
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 3 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c orange juice

- Slice apples and in separate bowl mix 4 teaspoons sugar and the cinnamon
