Ingredients

• 4 medium apples
• 4 tsp sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 1 c oil
• 3 c flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 c orange juice

1. Grease and flour a 9-inch tube pan
