Jewish Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c flour sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 pt sour cream

Directions

  1. Cream butter add sugar slowly
  2. Add eggs one at a time and beat well
  3. Add dry ingredients
  4. Fold in sour cream
  5. Grease angel food cake pan
  6. Place 13 of Streusel on bottom of pan then 12 of dough 13 of Streusel and rest of dough
  7. Sprinkle remaining Streusel on top
  8. Bake in 350 oven 55 to 60 minutes
