Jewish Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c flour sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 pt sour cream
Directions
- Cream butter add sugar slowly
- Add eggs one at a time and beat well
- Add dry ingredients
- Fold in sour cream
- Grease angel food cake pan
- Place 13 of Streusel on bottom of pan then 12 of dough 13 of Streusel and rest of dough
- Sprinkle remaining Streusel on top
- Bake in 350 oven 55 to 60 minutes
