Jiffy Clam Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 5 oz can whole baby clams or minced clams
- 2 c nonfat dry milk powder liquified
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp green pepper flavoring
- 12 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients including clam juice in saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes
