Jiffy Lime Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg lime gelatin
• 1 c miniature marshmallows
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 1 c cottage cheese
• 14 c sugar
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin and marshmallows in boiling water in bowl Cool
2. Stir in remaining ingredients
3. Pour into 1 12 quart mold Chill until firm
4. Unmold on serving plate
5. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries
