Jiffy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 3 large cans sliced peaches lite or heavy syrup drain half
- 3 Pet Ritz pie shells
- 2 blocks butter or margarine
- 1 to 1 12 c sugar
- 12 to 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Butter bottom of large casserole dish
- Line with 1 pie shell then peaches
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Top peaches with margarine or butter
- Sprinkle vanilla and lemon extract over peaches
- Then sprinkle with sugar mixture
- Alternate with shell peaches butter extracts and dry ingredients ending with pie shell
- Bake at 375 until browned
