Jiffy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

• 3 large cans sliced peaches lite or heavy syrup drain half
• 3 Pet Ritz pie shells
• 2 blocks butter or margarine
• 1 to 1 12 c sugar
• 12 to 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp lemon extract
• 1 Tbsp flour

Directions

1. Butter bottom of large casserole dish
2. Line with 1 pie shell then peaches
3. Combine all dry ingredients
4. Top peaches with margarine or butter
5. Sprinkle vanilla and lemon extract over peaches
6. Then sprinkle with sugar mixture
7. Alternate with shell peaches butter extracts and dry ingredients ending with pie shell
8. Bake at 375 until browned
