Jiffy Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 to 1 12 lb hamburger
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 small 3 to 4 oz can mushrooms optional
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 c sour cream
• egg noodles

Directions

1. Brown meat vegetables and seasoning
2. Make sauce of soup and sour cream
3. Stir into meat mixture and heat through
4. Serve over hot noodles
