JimS Favorite Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pie shell baked
• 14 c flour
• 2 eggs separated
• 1 Tbsp margarine
• cream of tartar
• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 2 c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Combine sugar flour cocoa egg yolks milk margarine and vanilla
2. Cook in double boiler until thick
3. Pour into pie shell Top with stiffly beaten egg whites sweetened to taste
4. Add cream of tartar to thicken
5. Bake at 350 until brown
