Jo Sims Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c hot water
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp lard Crisco
- 14 c sugar
- 1 pkg yeast
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 egg well beaten
- 3 12 to 4 c flour
Directions
- Combine water salt lard and sugar
- Cool to lukewarm
- Add to yeast dissolved in water
- Add egg and half of flour
- Beat well Stir in rest of flour
- I use 12 cup of flour to knead the dough
- Cover and let rise until double in bulk punch down and put in refrigerator and let rise again
