JoeS Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp almond extract
- 3 c sour cream
Directions
- Combine ingredients except sour cream
- Beat until smooth blending in sour cream
- Pour into graham or nut crust trim with reserved crumbs
- Bake in moderate 375 oven for 35 minutes or until just set
- Let cool with oven door open
- Do not overheat or cool too rapidly
- Chill well
