Ingredients
- 4 lb ground round steak
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 lb onions chopped
- 2 lb green sweet peppers
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 cans mushrooms stems and pieces will do
- 2 jars stuffed olives
- 4 pkg egg noodles
- 1 12 lb yellow cheese grated
Directions
- Fry onions peppers and celery together
- Fry meat and garlic together
- Combine with first items in a large roaster
- Add to preceeding mixture all sauces soup olives and mushrooms
- Let simmer 15 minutes
- Add cooked noodles
- Mix well
- Cover with cheese
- Bake 1 hour or until cheese browns
- Can be made the day before and put into refrigerator
- Uncover and reheat in a slow oven for about 2 hours
