JohnS Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c Crisco
- 34 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 34 c all-purpose flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 34 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Heat oven to 375
- Mix Crisco peanut butter sugar milk and vanilla in large bowl
- Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
- Add egg beat until just blended
- Combine flour salt and baking soda
- Add to creamed mixture and mix at low speed until just blended
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet
- Flatten slightly with crisscross pattern with fork Bake at 375 for 8 minutes
