JohnS Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 12 c Crisco
• 34 c creamy peanut butter
• 1 14 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 1 34 c all-purpose flour
• 34 tsp salt
• 34 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375
2. Mix Crisco peanut butter sugar milk and vanilla in large bowl
3. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
4. Add egg beat until just blended
5. Combine flour salt and baking soda
6. Add to creamed mixture and mix at low speed until just blended
7. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet
8. Flatten slightly with crisscross pattern with fork Bake at 375 for 8 minutes
