Joyce YawnS French Onion Soup

Ingredients
- 4 c sliced onions
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans water
- Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- croutons
Directions
- Saute onions and margarine until tender but not brown
- Add flour broth and water
- Simmer for 45 minutes covered
- Pour servings in soup bowls
- Top with sliced cheese 2 slices make it better
- Put a few croutons on top of cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts
