Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck or beef
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 medium chopped onion
Directions
- In crock-pot or double boiler put tomatoes in and cut up cheese and put in
- Let cheese melt
- Brown ground chuck or beef and onions drain
- Add to cheese and tomatoes mixture
