Ingredients
- 2 egg whites beaten
- 12 c hot water
- 12 c white Karo syrup
- 14 tsp dash salt
- 2 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cook from 248 to 250 to 260 depends on weather
- If humid turn oven on to help dry out room
- Pour syrup into dry egg whites mix until pulls from bottom of bowl and does not shine so much
- Add coloring and pecans
- Spoon out on wax paper
