JudyS Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 12 c nuts
- 23 c powdered sugar
- 1 9 oz Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 pkg pistachio pudding
- 2 12 c milk
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients together press into 9 x 9-inch pan Bake 15 minutes at 350 Let cool Beat together powdered sugar cream cheese and Cool Whip Spread over cooled crust Mix pudding and milk together layer over Cool Whip Sprinkle with chopped nuts
