Juicy Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 34 c uncooked oatmeal
• 2 eggs beaten
• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 1 c V-8 juice
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into a loaf pan
2. Bake in a moderate 350 oven for 1 hour
3. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing
4. Serve with Heinz 57 sauce
