Jumbo Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 34 c plain flour
• 2 34 tsp baking powder
• 34 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp instant coffee
• 2 12 c light brown sugar
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 12 sticks regular margarine not whipped melted
• 1 12 oz pkg chocolate drops
• 1 pkg chopped pecans about 3 oz

Directions

1. Sift first four ingredients together
2. Mix second four ingredients in another bowl until well blended
3. Add mixtures together and blend well
4. Add nuts and chocolate drops
5. Do all blending by hand with a spoon
6. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes in a 13 x 11 x 1 12-inch pan until looks flaky
7. Cool about 20 minutes
8. Cut into squares
