Jumbo Pasta Shells

Ingredients

• 9 jumbo shells
• 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
• 10 oz spinach
• 1 12 lb Ricotta cheese
• 12 lb Mozzarella cheese
• 2 eggs
• salt to taste
• garlic salt to taste

Directions

1. Save 1 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping
