K KS Italian Beef
Ingredients
- 4 lb sliced boneless roast tip rump arm or chuck
- 1 pkg Au Jus gravy mix mix with hot or warm water until dissolved
- 2 Tbsp oregano or dry Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
- 2 whole bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- I use enough water in gravy mix to almost cover meat
- I break whole bay leaves into pieces
