Kahlua

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 3 c water
• 13 c freeze dry instant coffee
• 15 80 proof vodka
• 1 vanilla bean
• 4 oz pure vanilla extract optional

Directions

1. Bring sugar and water to a boil
2. Set off heat
3. Add instant coffee
4. Let mixture cool to room temperature Add vodka and vanilla bean
5. Let mixture set 2 weeks
6. Shake daily or add vanilla extract and use immediately
