Kal-Bi

Ingredients
- 3 lb short ribs if meaty cut into 3 pieces to bone
- 3 Tbsp sesame seed
- 3 Tbsp sesame seed oil
- 12 c shoyu sauce
- 13 c green onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 slice ginger crushed
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 1 tsp ajinomoto
Directions
- Combine toasted sesame seed with oil shoyu sauce green onions garlic ginger sugar and ajinomoto
- Mix well then marinate meat overnight in refrigerator
- Broil over charcoal
