Kalte EnteCold Duck

Ingredients
- 12 c superfine sugar
- 1 large lemon thinly sliced and seeded
- 12 c orange liqueur
- 12 gal Rhine wine chilled
- ice
- 1 12 oz bottle club soda chilled
Directions
- Sprinkle sugar over lemon slices
- Press lemon slices with back of spoon to release flavor Stir in orange liqueur
- Chill Stir in wine pour over ice in punch bowl
- Add club soda stir lightly to blend
- Makes 18 4 12 ounce servings
