Ingredients

  • 12 c superfine sugar
  • 1 large lemon thinly sliced and seeded
  • 12 c orange liqueur
  • 12 gal Rhine wine chilled
  • ice
  • 1 12 oz bottle club soda chilled

Directions

  1. Sprinkle sugar over lemon slices
  2. Press lemon slices with back of spoon to release flavor Stir in orange liqueur
  3. Chill Stir in wine pour over ice in punch bowl
  4. Add club soda stir lightly to blend
  5. Makes 18 4 12 ounce servings
