Karo Six-Minute Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs slightly beaten
• 1 c Karo light or dark corn syrup
• 1 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp Mazola margarine or butter melted
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c pecans
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

1. In large bowl stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended
2. Stir in nuts
3. Pour into pastry shell
4. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
5. Cool
6. Serves 8
