KathyS Strawberry Rhubarb Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c sliced rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 1 small pkg strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cake mix mixed as directed
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows
Directions
- Grease 13 x 9 pan Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside Combine cake mixture and rhubarb mixture pour into cake pan Pour marshmallows on top Bake at 350 for 1 hour
