Katie Gooch WilmotS Seafoam Candy

Ingredients
- 3 c light brown sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- whites of 2 eggs beaten stiff
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 c chopped nut meats
Directions
- Boil sugar until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water
- Pour over stiffly beaten egg whites and beat until it cools and creams
- Then drop on wax paper by spoon
- Put halos of chopped nuts on top of the candy
