Katjang SaucePeanut Sauce - Indonesian

Ingredients

• 1 28 oz jar peanut butter
• 12 can coconut milk
• 12 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 14 to 12 c soy sauce
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 12 c milk or water
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients except peanut butter
2. Bring to a boil
3. Turn heat to medium and add peanut butter
4. Stir until smooth
5. Take off stove and serve over Sate
