KCS Broccoli Salad

KCS Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli
  • 1 small bunch fresh cauliflower
  • 12 lb bacon cooked and crumbled drain off all grease
  • 12 medium onion
  • 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Wash broccoli well pick off leaves and peel outer skin
  2. Cut florets and chop well
  3. Cut and chop stem of broccoli and mix with florets
  4. Wash cauliflower well pick off leaves
  5. Use only florets of cauliflower chop florets and add to broccoli
  6. Mix in onion and bacon
  7. Add mayonnaise to broccoli and cauliflower
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour
  9. Serves 4 to 6 people
