Kente Cloth Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix 2 layer size
- 1 small pkg Jell-O gelatin your favorite flavor
- 1 12 c boiling water
- 1 4 oz tub Cool Whip thawed
Directions
- Prepare cake according to directions on package and bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan
- Cool cake 15 minutes in pan
- Remove from pan and let cool completely on a rack
- Wash and dry cake pan Return cake back to pan placing top up
- Pierce cake with a large fork at 12-inch intervals
