Kentucky Chocolate Chip Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp bourbon
- 14 c cornstarch
- 1 c finely chopped pecans
- 1 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions
- Beat eggs in a small bowl
- Gradually add sugar mix well Add melted margarine and bourbon
- Blend in cornstarch
- Stir in pecans and chocolate chips
- Pour into unbaked pie crust
- Bake in a 350 oven for 45 to 50 minutes
- Cool 1 hour
- Serve warm with Bourbon Flavored Topping
