Kentucky Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 12 c self-rising corn meal
- 12 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 12 c sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp diced onion
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except cheese
- Pour half of mixture into greased iron skillet
- Sprinkle with half 14 cup Cheddar cheese Pour in remaining half of corn bread mixture
- Top with remainder 14 cup cheese
- Bake at 475 for 30 minutes
