Kentucky Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen whole kernel corn
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a large bowl combine sugar flour salt and eggs
- Beat well
- Add milk and corn
- Pour into shallow baking dish
- Add butter
- Place dish in a larger dish with water Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
- The first 12 hour of baking stir mixture every 10 minutes
- Must set like custard
- Remove from oven immediately when done
