Kentucky Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl combine sugar flour salt and eggs
  3. Beat well
  4. Add milk and corn
  5. Pour into shallow baking dish
  6. Add butter
  7. Place dish in a larger dish with water Bake at 350 for about 1 hour
  8. The first 12 hour of baking stir mixture every 10 minutes
  9. Must set like custard
  10. Remove from oven immediately when done
