Kentucky Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2 12 c self-rising flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 14 c Crisco oil
- 1 small can pineapple drained save juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp hot water
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 4 egg whites
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except egg whites
- Beat egg whites until stiff and pour into batter
- Pour into greased and floured tube pan
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
