Kidney Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can dark kidney beans
- 1 can light kidney beans
- 4 hard-boiled eggs chopped
- 14 c onions
- 14 c pickles
- 3 Tbsp salad dressing
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp oil
Directions
- In saucepan combine beans and oil
- Bring to boil
- Let cool and drain off liquid
- Add eggs onions pickles and salad dressing
- Cover and refrigerate
