KidS Wagon Wheel Dinner

Ingredients

• 12 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 18 tsp black pepper
• 18 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 12 oz jar chili sauce
• 2 c kidney beans
• 10 hot dogs
• 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
• 4 wedge shapes of Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Slice 1 hot dog end to end and crosswise
2. Saute onion in butter add seasonings
3. Blend in chili sauce kidney beans and 9 sliced hot dogs
4. Cook over medium heat until heated thoroughly about 5 minutes
5. Stir in grated cheese heat until cheese melts Pour into casserole and decorate top with cheese wedge shapes to form wagon wheel
6. Place cut hot dog strips on top of cheese shapes and bake at 375 for a few minutes or until cheese melts
