KimS Ham And Hash Brown Omelet

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 thin slices ham cut in pieces
  • 2 c shredded cooked potatoes
  • 14 c chopped onion
  • 14 c chopped green pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 14 c milk
  • 1 c shredded sharp cheese

Directions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp crumble
  2. Cook ham crumble
  3. Add potatoes onion and pepper to skillet and cook until brown and crisp
  4. Blend eggs and milk pour over potatoes
  5. Top with cheese bacon and ham
  6. Cover and cook at low temperature for 10 minutes Serve in 4 wedges
