KimS Ham And Hash Brown Omelet

Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 thin slices ham cut in pieces
- 2 c shredded cooked potatoes
- 14 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 4 eggs
- 14 c milk
- 1 c shredded sharp cheese
Directions
- Cook bacon until crisp crumble
- Cook ham crumble
- Add potatoes onion and pepper to skillet and cook until brown and crisp
- Blend eggs and milk pour over potatoes
- Top with cheese bacon and ham
- Cover and cook at low temperature for 10 minutes Serve in 4 wedges
