King Ranch Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg tortillas soft
- 12 lb Longhorn cheese grated
- 12 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 1 4 oz can green chilies chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small carton sour cream
Directions
- Stew chicken until very well done
- Tear into strips and mix with Ro-Tel tomatoes
- Mix soup sour cream and and green chilies Tear tortillas into bite size pieces
