King Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 chicken cooked and cut up
- 12 corn tortillas
- 12 lb grated Cheddar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 12 tsp chili powder
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 can crushed tomato and green chilies
- 12 tsp garlic salt
Directions
- Cut tortillas in 1-inch pieces
- Soak in warm chicken broth to soften
- Layer tortillas chicken and onion in a buttered 3-quart baking pan
- Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt
- Top with cheese
- Combine the soups and tomatoes and chilies and pour over the top
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
