King Ranch Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 large fryers boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg tortillas cut in triangles
- 1 green pepper chopped fine
- 1 large onion chopped fine
- 12 lb Cheddar cheese grated
- 1 12 c chicken broth
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix chicken broth and both soups
- Divide all ingredients in half
- In greased casserole dish put in chicken sprinkle lightly with chili powder garlic powder salt and pepper
- Follow with soup-broth mix
- Then onion and green pepper on top Make layer of tortillas and sprinkle with cheese Repeat second layer as first Top with crushed tortilla chips
- Bake covered 1 hour at 350 Serves 8 to 12
