Kiss Cakes

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 c fine granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 drops almond extract
- 1 c pecans chopped
Directions
- Beat egg whites very stiff add sugar a little at a time This is important
- Sprinkle in cornstarch and salt add flavorings and pecans a few at a time
- Drop mixture by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with brown paper
- Bake at 300 for 45 minutes
- They are done when you can lift them from the paper
