Kiss Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 c fine granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 drops almond extract
  • 1 c pecans chopped

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites very stiff add sugar a little at a time This is important
  2. Sprinkle in cornstarch and salt add flavorings and pecans a few at a time
  3. Drop mixture by tablespoon onto a cookie sheet lined with brown paper
  4. Bake at 300 for 45 minutes
  5. They are done when you can lift them from the paper
