Kiwi-Berry Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 9 oz pkg golden yellow cake mix
• 23 c strawberry preserves
• 1 Tbsp water
• 1 14 oz envelope whipped topping mix
• 3 to 4 kiwi fruit peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 pt small strawberries sliced

Directions

1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions
2. Pour into a greased and floured 12-inch pizza pan
3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
4. Let cool in pan 10 minutes remove to wire rack and cool completely
5. Combine preserves and water in a small saucepan heat until preserves melt
6. Cool
7. Set aside
8. Prepare whipped topping mix according to package directions
9. Spread over cake
10. Top with preserves
11. Arrange fruit over preserves
12. Yield
