Knock Your Socks Off Raisin Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg yeast
  • 1 12 Tbsp honey
  • 14 c lukewarm water
  • 12 c hot milk
  • 12 c butter
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 c sunflower seeds
  • 14 c sesame seed
  • 12 c plain yogurt
  • 12 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 12 c rolled oats
  • 4 c flour
  • 4 c whole wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 c dark raisins
  • 12 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 c grated carrots

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and honey in water
  2. Heat milk with butter and pour into large bowl
  3. Stir in honey molasses nutritional yeast salt yogurt applesauce and oats
  4. Beat in 1 cup flour eggs and foamy yeast
  5. Add 1 more cup flour cinnamon raisins sunflower seeds sesame seed walnuts and carrots
  6. Add remaining flour 1 cup at a time mixing well
  7. Knead 10 minutes and let rise until doubled about 1 hour
  8. Punch down and let rise again
  9. Shape into 3 loaves
  10. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  11. Brush top with butter and cinnamon
  12. Bake 10 minutes longer
  13. Cool on racks
