Knox Gelatin Salad

Ingredients

• 2 pkg Knox unflavored gelatin
• 12 c water
• 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
• 12 c sugar
• 2 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 jar marshmallow cream
• 2 pkg Dream Whip

Directions

1. Mix gelatin and water Set aside Bring pineapple and sugar to a boil
2. Mix gelatin into pineapple and sugar
3. Let stand and cool to room temp
4. Mix cream cheese and marshmallow cream together
5. Add pineapple mix
6. Let stand in refrigerator 1 12 hr Prepare Dream Whip according to directions
7. Fold into pineapple mixture and set in 9x13 pan
8. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries
