Korean Beef

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs beef cut in thin slices
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1-2 carrots sliced thin
  • 1 bunch green onions slice thin
  • 1-2 cloves garlic mashed
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil or seeds
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 14 c soy sauce
  • 1 c wine optional

Directions

  1. Put beef in bowl and sprinkle sugar on top
  2. Put in refrigerator overnight
  3. Mix together carrots green onion garlic sesame oil pepper salt soy sauce and wine
  4. Let them set for a few hours
  5. Use an electric fry pan and cook the beef with the vegetables on med-high heat
  6. Serve over white rice Note
  7. The electric fry pan can be put in the middle of the dining table and everyone can cook their own beef
