Korean Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 c soy sauce
- 34 c sugar
- pressed garlic to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 scallions finely minced
- 1 small bottle or box sesame seeds
- crushed red pepper to taste
- chicken drummettes
- flour for coating drummettes
- oil for frying
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except chicken Mix the night before let sit out to allow sugar to dissolve Needs to be at room temperature
