Korean Fried RiceBokgeum Bahb
Ingredients
- 4 c cold cooked rice
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 thin slices cooked ham
- 3 fresh mushrooms sliced or 4 oz can mushrooms
- 1 green onion chopped
- 12 c small shrimp canned or frozen chopped optional
- 1 tsp sherry cooking sherry
- 3 Tbsp frozen green peas
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp oil for frying
Directions
- Separate cold rice grains with a knife or chopsticks
- Chop ham into small pieces
- Rinse frozen green peas under cold water and set aside
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in frypan and make Egg Pancakes
- Chop Egg Pancakes into thin strips and set aside
