Korean Seaweed And Rice

Ingredients
- 1 pkg dried seaweed sheets laver
- sesame oil
- salt
- rice cooked
Directions
- Buy seaweed in an Asian grocery store
- Cut sheets into quarters
- Brush both sides very lightly with sesame oil and sprinkle lightly with salt
- Broil on a cookie sheet for about 5 seconds
- This is somewhat similar to potato and is delicious all by itself
- Put a small amount of rice in the middle of each sheet and roll up like a log
- Serve as a side dish or hors doeuvres
