Kraut Relish
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can sauerkraut drained and snipped
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 14 c low calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1 c shredded carrot
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
- 12 tsp poppy seed
Directions
- Combine sauerkraut carrot green pepper and green onion
- Mix together Italian salad dressing and poppy seed
- Add to vegetables and toss well to coat
- Chill thoroughly
- Makes 6 servings 39 calories per serving
